Today we had lots of yummy fun making pancakes!
After writing our shopping list for pancakes yesterday, today we got to cook them! But first we had to build the fire.
We collected sticks, built the fire and them attempted to strike a spark to light it.
We measured and mixed the ingredients and made the most perfect pancakes. They tasted even better being eaten outdoors next to a fire!
As we tossed the pancakes Luca said “If a helicopter flies over the pancake might get stuck on it. Don’t toss it too high.”
While cutting the pancake in half Freddy remembered a previous maths activity and said “Hey that’s a semi circle!”
We all loved our pancakes!
